1.1 This website is owned and maintained by Trivium Group Pte Ltd (“hereinafter referred to as “Trivium”). Trivium offers the following non-exhaustive services through this website (collectively referred to as “Services”):

(b) a platform to gather information about your tertiary education from educational institutions and other registered users;
(c) message boards, forums, blogs, communication tools;
(d) social networking platform;
(e) email alerts; and
(f) any other features, content or applications that Trivium may offer on or through this website from time to time in its sole and absolute discretion.
2. COLLECTION, USE AND DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
2.2 You agree that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You further agree that Trivium shall not be responsible and liable for any loss, damage, expenses and/or liabilities in respect of the confidentiality of your account and password which may arise out of your negligence to maintain such confidentiality and restricted access to your computer.
2.3 You agree that when you furnish and/or publish any personal information about yourself on your own accord to any other registered user and/or any other third party apart from Trivium via Schoogle, Trivium shall not be responsible and/or liable for any loss, damage, expenses and/or liabilities which might arise out of the furnishing of information by you at your discretion.
2.4 For the avoidance of doubt, all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically shall be deemed to satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
2.5 We shall make every effort to ensure that all information furnished by you is protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012. If you have any enquiries in relation to the protection, usage and/or sharing of your personal information, kindly contact us at email@example.com.
2.6 When you use the Services or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. As such, you consent to receive communications from us electronically.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
3.1 All content included in or made available through Trivium, whether via Schoogle on this website or otherwise, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of Trivium and/or its content suppliers, as the case may be. The compilation of all content included in or made available through Trivium, on this website or otherwise, is the exclusive property of Trivium. As such, you agree that you shall not use, publish, copy, distribute and/or exploit any of such content made available through Trivium without the prior written consent of Trivium.
3.2 The domain name on which the website is hosted on is the sole property of Trivium and you may not use or otherwise adopt a similar name for your own use.
4. REVIEWS, COMMENTS, COMMUNICATIONS AND OTHER CONTENT
4.1 Users may post reviews, comments, photos, questions and other content and/or other information so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of “spam”. You shall not use a false email address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead others as to your identity.
4.2 When you upload information and/or postings, you grant Trivium a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You grant Trivium the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose. This right continues even if you stop using the Services. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; that the use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify Trivium for all claims resulting from the content you supply. Trivium has the right but not the obligation to remove or edit such content at its sole discretion, and takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.
5. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATIONS
5.1 We make every effort to ensure that all content displayed on this website is accurate and complete to the best of our ability. However, to the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Trivium disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of satisfactory quality, or fitness for a particular purpose, or compliance with description.
5.2 The data and information made available on this website are of a general nature and do not purport, and shall not in any way be deemed to constitute an offer or provision of any provision or expert advice by Trivium. You acknowledge that all arrangements made between you and a third party named on or linked to from this website is at your sole risk and responsibility. Such non-exhaustive arrangements include your enrolment with the relevant educational institutions, the administrative and/or course fees payable, course duration, nature of the course and/or any other enquiry or representations made by the educational institutions. You undertake that any cause of action (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) arising out of the aforesaid non-exhaustive arrangements shall be solely between you and the third party you are contracting with. In no event shall Trivium be liable to you for any damages, losses, expenses, liabilities, including but not limited to any indirect, special, consequential or incidental damages under such causes of action.
5.3 As users and/or content providers may from time to time provide links to other sites, you agree that Trivium has no control over such websites and the contents stipulated in such websites. You further agree that Trivium shall not be responsible for the contents of such websites (including but not limited to any virus, spyware, malware, worms, errors or damaging material contained in such websites), and you agree to waive any claims against Trivium in respect of such links.
5.4 You agree that all statements, offers, information, opinions, materials, hosted on this website by other users and/or third parties should be used, accepted, and replied upon only with care and discretion and at your own risk. Trivium shall not be responsible for any loss, damage and/or liability incurred by you arising out of such use and/or reliance.
5.5 You agree that it is not Trivium’s policy to exercise editorial control over, and to review, edit or amend any data, information, materials or contents posted by other users that may be inserted or made available on this website and that Trivium shall not be responsible for any such content. Some of these aforesaid content may be offensive, annoying, unlawful, contain viruses or cause you damage. As such, we may remove any such content brought to our notice at our sole and absolute discretion, and you agree that we cannot be responsible or liable for such content. You agree to exercise access and use the content only at your own risk and with care and discretion.
You agree that Trivium has the right to restrict, suspend or terminate your registration with Schoogle at its sole and absolute discretion, without notice and/or without any reason thereto.
7. MODIFICATION AND SEVERABILITY
7.1 The Terms and Conditions herein govern your use of the Services under the Agreement, and Trivium reserve the absolute right to make changes to such Terms and Conditions as we deem fit in our sole discretion.
7.2 Insofar as any of the terms and conditions herein is found to be illegal, void and/or unenforceable under any law applicable hereto, or if any court of competent jurisdiction so determines, the Terms and Conditions herein shall continue in force save that such provision shall be deemed to be deleted.
8.1 No waiver of any rights or remedies by Trivium shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Trivium.
8.2 A failure by Trivium to exercise or enforce any rights conferred upon it by this website’s Terms and Conditions shall not be deemed to be a waiver or variation of any such rights or operate so as to bar the exercise or enforcement thereof at any subsequent time or times.
9. APPLICABLE LAW
9.2 The Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
